(1.0) Please read these terms carefully before booking the “Transfer” from our website: www.vextatrans.com, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligation
(1.2) Our website is a place where you can select and order a transfer service to and / or from your address / resort and / or to the airport. Our website describes in detail the transfer services.
(1.3) The content of our website is intended solely for users who are 18 years old and you must be at least 18 years old to order service ‘transfer’, using the method of payment on our website.
(1.4) To order a transfer service, you must follow the instructions provided in our site or sent to you offer. All requests for transfer and transport services must be made at least 36 hours before your departure.
(1.5) Vexta Ltd has the right to refuse an order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm this through our online reservation voucher will be sent to the email address you provided when booking.
(1.6) You acknowledge that any information that you have provided for the purchase of service ‘transfer’ are correct, that the credit card used for this purpose is personally yours and that it has enough funds to cover the cost of transfer . We reserve the right to require corroboration of your credit card before you provide shuttle service. If such confirmation can not be obtained and payment is not made we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the service will not be specifically stimulate. We will inform you as soon as the enamel, which you have given us in case you need to cancel the lease of a vehicle that you booked.

The cost of any ‘shuttle service’ is the price displayed on our website at the time and date of your order. We will inform you if the correct price of the transfer is higher than that indicated in your contract and you can cancel the order and decide whether or not to accept ‘shuttle service’ at the right price. (1.8) The prices published on our website are final prices reflect the transfer of a vehicle. We cover our expense fee of your pre-payment by credit card. Each passenger may carry one standard size suitcase and one handbag, as per the airline policy. Wearing extra luggage may be accepted at the discretion of the driver and is subject to an additional charge. Please let us know if you plan to travel with extra luggage – ski equipment, golf clubs, surf boards or others, you confirm if it will fit in the boot of the car that you have booked for your transfer. You may need a car with a larger size.
(1.9) You must pay the amount requested in advance to book your chosen transfer and pay the balance of your booking number when you take the driver from the airport, hotel, private address or train station.
(2.0) Vexta Ltd and / or the company in charge of booking your transfer, we will do everything possible to be welcomed to transfer your place and time specified in your reservation voucher. Vexta Ltd and / or the company in charge of booking your transfer will not be liable for any loss caused by justifiable and unavoidable delays, you are responsible to keep the transfer so as to be taken in time. Vexta Ltd and the company responsible for your reservation, be liable for any loss (including, for example missed flight / bus / train), due to the fact that you have not allowed sufficient time for your transfer and all proceedings relating thereto. Vexta Ltd can not be held responsible for any loss (including, for example missed flight / bus / train) if the company in charge of booking your rental car fails to provide the “transfer service” by reason of their competence and commitment.
(2.1) If your flight to Bulgaria has a delay, book your transfer will be automatically changed and our representative will meet you at the new time of your arrival. Please note that you may need to pay additional accommodation to the driver in case you require them.
(2.2) If your flight to Bulgaria has been diverted for any reason to another airport / destination, we will make reasonable efforts to re organize your transfer from the original place-making, but the new arrival time. In a situation where our notice a change in the flight of you, it’s too late, you may need to make a new booking for the transfer and pay additional fees.
(2.3) If your flight is diverted for any reason, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that under the terms of most airlines responsibility to be transported to the original airport is the airline.
(2.4) All transport and transfer service from your hotel / address to the airport must be confirmed by Vexta Ltd OR COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RESERVATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE HOTEL / address. IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO CONFIRM TIME AND PLACE OF MAKING YOU BY THE DRIVER. Vexta Ltd COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER RESERVATION CAN NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS THAT YOU MAY BE INCURRED IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM THE TIME AND PLACE OF MAKING YOU the driver.
(2.5) In case of no show or cancellation of transfer reservation made less than 24 hours before you making the deposit paid in advance will not be returned. Additionally, Vexta Ltd reserves the right to require payment (up to the full amount of the transfer) for fuel and other costs that are incurred due to your failure to appear or late cancellation of the shuttle service.
(2.6) Is the responsibility of the customer to have granted reservation voucher, which is the actual confirmation of their booking. It identifies all related conditions and reservation phone number for emergencies and to contact our office. This is clearly stated at the end of the booking process. Vexta Ltd not assume responsibility for any claims for compensation in connection with the transfer service where the customer does not provide your booking voucher.
(2.7) Problems with your booking, you must inform Vexta Ltd or company responsible for your reservation, the phones that are available in your reservation voucher. We will do our best to solve the problem immediately. If you fail to inform us at this stage, it will affect a lot of our ability to investigate your complaint and subsequently your rights under this contract.

(2.9) Please note that any complaints must be submitted in writing to Vexta Ltd and the company in charge of booking your transfer.
(3.0) can change a booking until 24 hours before your departure, you may be subject to a surcharge. Vexta Ltd reserves the right to impose a € 25 administration fee for changes to a reservation.
(3.1) Transfer Booking made through vextatrans.com is final once the deposit required in advance is paid in full. If you are unable to submit your reservation deposit, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. Pre-paid deposit is not refundable. In the event of cancellation by you, it can be fully used in your next booking with Vexta Ltd. In addition, refunds concerning you to represent your full payment minus: fees imposed by Vexta Ltd and / or service and / or counterparty banks. Amendment to an existing booking is possible but subject to availability and must be made of enamel at least 24 hours before the service. (3.2) Please note that Bulgaria has banned the transportation of children and babies without proper child seat, depending on their height and weight. We provide free up to two child seats. However, we recommend that you bring your own child seat for your child to ensure their safety and comfort.
(3.3) Please inform us at the time of booking a car rental if you plan to travel with extra luggage – ski equipment, golf clubs, surf boards, cells, or other animals. This is to ensure that our cars will fit you and your luggage. In case you do not inform us about the time of booking your responsibility to pay any additional fees associated with the transport of such objects.
(3.4) We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion, to terminate your transfer service if your behavior or that of your accompanying persons is destructive in any way and / or affects your safety and the safety of the driver. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred to you and your accompanying persons as a result of such conduct.
(3.5 Passengers are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages in the vehicle at the time of transfer to be consumed for the duration of the transfer. Additional We reserve the right to refuse transportation to any customer who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

a) the fault of the client and / or accompanying persons
b) the fault of a third party unconnected with the provision of car rental service that we can not predict or prevent
c) the fault of the people who have no contractual relationship with Vexta Ltd.
d) an event or circumstance which we or the supplier / service providers, we can not predict or prevent. This may include (but is not limited to) the occurrence of force majeure, such as described in these terms of tenure
(3.8) Transfer services are for your personal use and it is a consumer contract. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any business losses (including without limitation any loss of contracts, receipts, revenue, or loss of anticipated savings, or any loss or corruption of data) caused, even if they could be provided.
(3.9) We guarantee that all the ‘shuttle service’ that you buy from our website to be performed with proper skill and attention as it allows, according to our agreement. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, but regrettably errors are acceptable, and we reserve the right to correct any errors before your booking is confirmed.
(4.0) The term “force majeure” means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change the service due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control. These include, for example, war, threat of war, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, act of any government or other national or local law enforcement, industrial accidents, strikes, natural or nuclear disaster fire, adverse weather conditions, accidents, etc.

(4.6) An email is deemed to be received when the e-mail-is seen to be received in our mail (or the next business day if received during a weekend or public holiday) or 48 hours after the day of mailing.
